Vashon Youth and Family Services Equity Policy

VYFS is dedicated to identifying and working to address inequities in our organization and in the community it serves. To that end, VYFS
assigned an Equity and Inclusion Team to document an agency equity policy that acknowledges and guides decision making, services
provided to the community and accountability to the values and
work outlined in the policy. Through this systematic approach VYFS
has set agency goals to advance equity on Vashon.
